Without original copy of a valid id , you will not be allowed to check in.

Hotels allow triple occupancy by providing an extra mattress for the third person for extra fee. How ever no extra bed is usually provided .

• Hotels provide smoking area in their premisess or guest rooms so its is prudent to check with the front desk or any of four lakes staff.
• Anyone found using or under the influence of illegal drungs or substance classified under the narcotic drungs and psychotropic substances act 1985 will be reported to the police and asked to leave the hotekl. Any evidence or suspicion of drungs use at the hotel will also be reported immediately to the police.
• Drinking alcohol is prohibited in all public areas including in the hotels lobby , front desk area,hallways, pool,and parking area , garden areas of four lakes . please contact hotel front desk regarding consumption of alcoholic beverages within rooms without disturbing the discipline of the hotel or other guest.
• For your own safety,please follow fire safety and emergency response procedures as directed by hotel staff
• Hotel are not liable for lost,misplaced,damged, or stolen valuables .
• Candles,incense, essentials oils,are prohibited .these items and activities will be treated as smoking, a fne accessed and the guest may be evicted with no refunds.a 10000 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates this policy.
GUEST ROOM FOUND WITH WASTE SCATTERED AROUND,IN COMPLETE DIORDER ,OR TRASHED WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEE FROM 10000 TO 150000 AS MAINTANCE DEEP CLEANING FEE, ADMISTRATION FEE OR THIRD PARTY FES IN ADDICTION CHARGES.
DAMAGE TO ROOM : DAMGED TO ROOMS ,FIXTURES , FURNISHING AND EQUIPMENT INCLUDING THE REMOVAL OF ELECTRONIC , EQUIPMENT , TOWELS,ARTWORK ETC. WILL BE CHARGED 150% FULL AND NEW REPLACMENT VALUE PLUS ANY SHIPPING,HANDLING AND INCIDENTAL CHARGES.ANY DEMAGES TO HOTEL PROPERTY,WHEATHER ACCIDENTAL OR WILLFUL,IS THE RESPONCIBILITY OF THE REGISTERED GUEST FOR EACH PARTICULAR ROOM.ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH REPAIRS OR REPLACMENT WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CRADIT CARD ,CASH ,DABIT CARD OF THE REGISTERED GUEST. IN EXTREME CASES,CRIMINAL CHARGES WILL BE PURSUED.
DAMAGE MATTRESSES AND BEDDING : DAMAGE TO MATTRESSES AND LINEN INCLUDING TOWELS,MATTRESS ,BEDSHEETS,BLANKETS ETC RESULTING FROM THE USE OF BODY OILS ,MAKEUP,SHOES POLISH ETC WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE FOR THE SPECIAL CLEANING REPAIR OR REPLACMENT OF THE DEMAGED ARTICLE.
The safety of our guest , staff,and this facility is extremely important to us.except for refrigerstor units that the hotel provides , prepration of food in guest room by any type of cooking appliances is prohibited.a minimum fee of 150000-20000 will be charged for cooking in room .barbeque grill,rice cookers,heater,open flams, burner,open fires fireworks etc are not allowed anywhere on hotel property.all these items will immediately be removed by staff.
